Opening times: daily from 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

There are many walks that you can partake in around these beautiful mountains - enjoy the mountain pastures and pure air. A swimming pool, mini-golf and disc-golf are available in Thyon 2000. You can also find mountain biking, horse ride, paragliding…
The gondola Mayens de Veysonnaz is open during the summer. In Veysonnaz, you will find a Wellness centre offering sauna, spa treatments, tennis courts, basketball, football ...
Equipment

Please note that during the summer season, the management of the colony are not on site.

A kitchen is at your disposal:

a stove top with 4 burners

a steamer

an oven

freezer

fridge

dishwasher

all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Raclette evenings (Swiss melted cheese dish) can be organized on reservation.
Accommodation

Our colony is situated at Thyon 2000, a starting point for a large number of walking routes and hiking trails. Located near the Bisse de Chervé, you can hike to the Cleuson dam or take one of the walking routes from Thyon to Dixence. At Dixence you can admire the highest gravity dam in the world. It is ideal for scout groups, music camps and outdoor activities. It is also located at the mid-point between mountain cabins in the mid-mountain region. We would like to say that is a lodge one more step on your route!

The colony includes:

55 beds, divided into several dormitories

a dining room

an area for supervisors

a cloakroom

a bathroom including WC, showers, separate male and female washrooms.

there is the possibility to hire an extra room in the summer.

Practical information

The colony is accessible by road to Thyon 2000, there is parking available there and we are accessible by foot or you can use the agricultural road (not tarred and best suited to high suspension and 4 x 4 vehicles). The gondola Mayens de Veysonnaz is open in the summer months and the entrance to the colony is just opposite its arrival area.
